Cross-functionally partner with other global functions to lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast and month end close process for assigned functions or sub-functions

  • Lead performance diagnostics, management reporting and provide insight for Global Product team

  • Partner with functional stakeholders to create business cases, drive complex financial modeling and analysis for strategic planning and investments with thoroughness and accuracy

  • Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support

  • Drive and manage change within Finance and Business organizations, while building a collaborative team environment

  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports

  • This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,MD)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or relevant technical field; MBA strongly preferred
    • Experience preferred in a global company with a matrix organization; Consulting or Corporate Strategy experience a plus
    • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details to ensure accuracy and high quality of output
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a "peer" with business leaders in a global matrixed organization
    • Strong executive presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to executives and business partners
    • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
    • Client focused with tenacity to quickly resolve issues and conflicts; strong executive presence and ability to influence executives and business partners
    • Ability to collaborate and lead diverse, cross functional, global teams to solve complex, problems and drive operational performance
    • Experience with global, enterprise financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, etc.) is required;  Essbase experience is desired 
    • Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required; Knowledge of databases and advanced enterprise analytical tools preferred

     

    Additional Information

    Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

    Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 118,500.00 to 171,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
