The Commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. TikTok Commerce re-imagines global Commerce with rich content and endless joy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product roadmap for platform campaign (like Black Friday Sales), promotion tools (Flash Sale/vouchers/other discounts), effectively priorities business and product opportunities from a wide range of inputs, and ensure alignment with all stakeholders.
- Understand discovery-based ecommerce, design suitable campaign events from user-end and business perspective.
- Advocate for quality engineering solutions and architectural designs, and strike a healthy balance between system scalability and localization.
- Drive performance excellence of your product through extensive data analysis, from measuring impact and testing hypotheses, to conceptualizing and executing features based on the data insights.
- Spearhead cross-functional projects with efficient scope, timeline and stakeholder management, focusing on quick iterations and maximum impact.
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years' experience in product management, with hands-on experience in UX design and system design. Preferably with prior experience in internet/ecommerce marketing.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills, able to prioritize and make decisions after considering short/long term business goals.
- Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving.
- Independent and self-motivated, and has a strong sense of ownership.
- Open to taking on new and exploratory projects.
- Strong communication skills in both persuasion and presentation.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $272916 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
