This position is primarily based in a Pittsburgh PA or Strongsville OH. Responsibilities require time in the office or in a field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be part of the Enterprise Technology & Security Application Business Office and report into a Security Manager Sr.

Job Responsibilities / Day to Day Activities
• Draft, modify and execute test plans to ensure alignment with testing standards and IT strategy
• Being able to analyze testing scope and requirements, both functional and non-functional
• Building out test strategy by meeting application testing demand and review with stakeholders for approval
• Analyze and write test scripts/procedures by thoroughly following test program logic and verifying system flow
• Building test execution plan to carry out executions through different phases of testing lifecycles that coves System Integration, Smoke & Regression
• Analyze and log application failures and report back to application team. Coordinate Defect resolution and re-testing through to closure
• Coordinate with Line of Business for User Acceptance and business end to end testing
• Coordinate with Performance Engineering group for any scope that needs performance validation, things such as but not limited to baseline, failover, long duration, stress testing etc
• Test summary report creation capturing testing evidence and report back to application stakeholders
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for Automation feasibility on new modules/applications testing
• Responsible for developing automation scripts and making them run part of Regression Automation suite
• Attending Scrum meetings. Communicating blockers and making suggestions on resolution
• Participate in daily status call between onsite and offshore teams, daily standup calls and report the daily/weekly testing status
• Reviewing stories to ensure that the test executions meet with the given acceptance criteria
• Co-ordinate with upstream, downstream project teams across the line of business to ensure that the changes made by your respective application do not result in negative impact in other systems

Technical Skillset
• Basic knowledge and being comfortable in Programming language used in Automation testing such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python.
• Well-versed in designing, developing and maintaining Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Behavior Driven and Hybrid Frameworks
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium Web Driver, Selenium Grid, Cucumber and Maven
• Creating and enhancing Test cases using Element locators, Web driver methods and TestNG notations
• Experience with Mobile testing automation such as using Appium and TestComplete
• Hand on experience in Git and bitbucket/any Other repositories for storing test scripts, source code etc
• Expertise in Jira & X-Ray for user stories and defect management
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience writing Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scenarios for functional validation
• Experience in execution validation that covers functional, smoke, integration, end-to-end testing
• Experience in API automation testing is a plus
• Prior experience in banking domain that to in Security/Fraud engineering is a plus

Job Description
  • Operating in a global delivery model, brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s).
  • Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work. Including coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution.
  • Including ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle.
  • Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products.
  • Developing meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health. Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release.
