Job Description
Drive the business development for Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Services & Solutions to secure profitable growth in line with our annual objectives and targets.
Your role:
- The IGT Services Commercial Development Director is responsible for the commercial strategy of new or existing portfolio of IGT products, solutions, and services with markets.
- Lead the regional business unit planning and performance execution process in alignment with the regions, while you develop and enable execution of corrective actions to achieve regional AOP-commitments.
- Success will be measured through ensuring Business Market Combination (BMC) enablers are in place, effective Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, commercial offerings based on marketing insights and implementing 24-months marketing planning respecting local market needs to gain market share.

- You've acquired 8+ years of experience in healthcare industry.
- Your skills include commercial mind-set, strategic thinking, strong business acumen and communication.
- You have a bachelor's degree, Master degree preferred not required.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $133,000 to $228,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
