Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Director of Infrastructure who will play a pivotal role in leading our ServiceNow Platform Management team within the Service Management Office (SMO). You will be the driving force behind the architecture, administration, configuration, development, and implementation of solutions and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Leading our team of dedicated developers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Service Management capabilities. You will!

  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing guidance and support in all aspects of platform management and development.
  • Architect, administer, configure, develop, and implement solutions and integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Module Owners to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow platform, exploring new features, technologies, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, providing guidance and advice to stakeholders and team members.
  • Oversee platform governance, security, and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the ServiceNow Platform Management team.

 

You have:

  • 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, administering, configuring, developing, and implementing solutions and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, HRSD, and ServiceNow integrations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation, implementing best practices, and achieving results within ServiceNow implementations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing IT staff both within supervision as well as dotted line staff.

 

 This role is Hybrid, onsite requirement once a month at 633 Third Avenue, NYC
