Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 7 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Swedish labour law'
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring others.
  • Excellent people management, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to the people operations menu of services such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, navigating transitions.
  • Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area, product area, or market via dynamic consultations.
  • Seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable, and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from more executive leaders when needed.
  • Identify key business/product or market areas and Googler Experience/People Operations stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
