WHAT YOU’LL DO

Braze is a fast paced, growth oriented company and in order to sustain this  peak performance, it’s important that our Go-To-Market teams are highly productive. As GTM Productivity Manager, you will help to drive a cohesive strategy for how our GTM team members leverage tools and data to be successful in their day to day interactions with customers.

  • Analyze business and individual needs to prioritize programs that lead to impact
  • Design, develop, and own a business plan to guide strategy and interactions across our comprehensive suite of go-to-market tools
  • Partner with subject matter experts to define needs and be the voice of our GTM partners to ensure enablement on our tools is effective
  • Partner with other parts of the Enablement & Productivity team to build impactful programs that develop soft skills through the use of existing tools
  • Track KPIs to identify trends, anticipate development needs, and proactively execute programs that accelerate growth
  • Partner closely with the broader team to ensure alignment between training, the use of tools and key Sales and Customer Success  outcomes
  • Monitor key KPIs associated with programs to assess the success and adoption of enablement.
  • Employ systematic and rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine requirements and program effectiveness
  • Ensure team members have clarity of purpose and the tools required to meet their responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with our key vendor partners to ensure we are getting maximum ROI from our existing tools, evaluate enhanced features and/ or other solutions where necessary
  • Assist VP of GTM Enablement in understanding areas of opportunity with renewals for software contracts

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years combined experience in Sales, Customer Success and/ or GTM readiness, Productivity, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations.. 
  • Subject matter expertise in sales processes, tools,  methodologies, and techniques
    • Direct experience working with tools like Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as an administrator or power user
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence when presenting in front of large groups
  • Proven track record of producing and hosting enablement events, leading advanced sales training driving adoption of best practices, and measuring the impact of productivity programs at scale
  • Flexibility and ability to pivot to new demands with a high sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and other related systems and processes
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams
  • Ability to conduct analyses, translate results to digestible communications, including messages and presentations
  • Light travel
  • Business fluent English. Additional languages are an advantage

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $88,000 and $104,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $115,000 and $130,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
