At SxSW, Warby organized a three-day event best described as a Vaudeville circus with a hipster twist, set on a old farm and featuring hired performers of the quirky, vintage variety wandering amidst the crowd. Citizen’s Band performed each night, and the party’s overarching theme was one of anti-apathy—complete with a tent for Rock the Vote.

One of Warby's New York showrooms is located right inside its office. About a third of the light-filled open office space is a Warby Parker store, where customers can come, browse, and buy eyeglasses. Employees' desks fill the other two-thirds of the space—just far enough away to actually get work done, but close enough to be reminded every day exactly what Warby does, and how much their customers love them.
