There’s an extra bathroom that does double duty as a conference room, and an onsite shower room that allows employees to freshen up after a rigorous bike ride, surfing expedition, or relaxing morning on the beach.

Robert Downey Jr. once occupied the space that’s now the StackSocial office, a perk of having an office in the swanky-residential-turned-tech neighborhood of Venice Beach. In honor of his vacating their new home, employees have placed an Iron Man cut-out by the kitchen to greet visitors when they arrive.
