One of Jessica’s favorite traditions is “Beauty and the Brunch,” a once-a-month gathering for co-workers to get together, eat a delicious meal with “no work talk,” and catch up on life outside the office. Makeup and fragrance usually take center stage at Sephora, but re-connecting with friends is at the heart of this monthly event.

Jessica is an early bird—getting in between 8 and 8:30 AM—and spends her day working with fragrance brands such as Chanel, Dior, and Marc Jacobs to promote their products. Working with 60+ brands and Sephora’s own cross-functional teams guarantees Jessica always has a day full of collaboration and teamwork. But her favorite part of the day? Trying new scents, of course.
