StubHub is a marketplace for tickets to a wide variety of events, from sporting games to ballet performances. Employees love StubHub as much as their customers do—and they frequently use it to attend the events they love. When they do, they also bring back paraphernalia, and everything from ballgame souvenirs to theater playbills can be found on display around the office and in employees’ cubes.

Raji’s day-to-day focus is on building an engaging experience for StubHub users and on solving data problems. She works closely with the Product and Technology Teams to design and create products that users will love—and that also incorporate the user feedback that Raji hears from the Customer Support Team. Raji works on everything from StubHub’s search function to its trust-related initiatives, making sure the mobile and online interfaces keep up with customer needs.
