This is a hybrid position primarily based in Canton, Chicago, Palm Beach, Denver or Toronto offices. We're looking a versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team, where you'll help develop and execute the marketing strategy for Computershare's Governance Services division. In this key role you'll be a collaborative member of the marketing team assisting with the development and execution of campaigns in a combination of channels including but not limited to advertising, social media, email marketing, content creation, webinars, sales enablement, and events.

As the Marketing Specialist, you'll help drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative campaigns, impactful content and enablement programs.

A role you will love

In this position, you will be collaborating with the Director, Portfolio Marketing as well as other members of the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Execute and project manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including events, digital and traditional media.
  • Assist in the development of content for online and offline channels including social media, email campaigns and sales enablement materials.
  • Create targeted audience segments and personalized messaging strategies to optimize campaign performance and increase prospect engagement.
  • Monitor and research market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and messaging
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and optimize strategies/tactics for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives

What will you bring to the role?

You will bring a wealth of marketing experience-four years, to be precise. Your journey has led you through the dynamic world of B2B marketing, where you've honed your skills. You will have marketing campaign experience, project management experience and experience executing a variety of marketing events. Plus, if you happen to have expertise in Legal, Corporate Governance, Registered Agent Services, or Entity Compliance, that's a definite bonus!

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • An equivalent of a Marketing Qualification
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, preferred
  • You will have an ability to manage multiple projects at once, with a strong ability to prioritize. They will be highly organized with systematic with a detail-driven approach to planning.
  • You would need to be adaptable, dynamic, and results-driven and be comfortable to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various business functions.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $40,000 - $70,000. This base pay range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations. This range reflects our good faith effort to pay fairly based on our job evaluation of this role and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
